COVID-19 INFORMATION

The current context, caused by COVID-19, makes it necessary to establish protocols so that their stay in our facilities does not increase the risk of community contagion, as well as to establish the necessary measures for workers.
Please read this document carefully as it contains the recommendations to be applied by the campsite to minimize the risks caused by the COVID-19 virus, without prejudice to current legislation, and which must be complied with during your stay in our facilities.

By accessing our facilities, you expressly agree to comply with them, as well as with the safety regulations of which you will be informed before the start of your visit.

Our maxim is not to increase the risk of contagion and for this reason we have established the necessary protection measures, both for you and yours as well as for the campsite workers.

For the preparation of this document, the guidelines established by the Ministry of Health of the Government of Spain and the ICTE (Spanish Tourism Quality Institute) have been taken into account in order to offer the best practices in the service, facilities and personnel to deal with the virus.

Human and material resources have been assigned (Individual Prevention Equipment, masks, face masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, screens), as well as action protocols in case any employee or client shows any symptoms compatible with COVID-19.

Our personnel have been tested in accordance with the health criteria established by the pertinent authorities and have been found to be fit for their jobs.

Please respect and comply with the indications posted on the signs distributed throughout our facilities and follow the indications contained herein and those of our staff.

As far as possible, we kindly ask you to make your payments by contactless card. If payment is made by credit card, the card will not be handled by the employee at any time. After each use, the dataphone is disinfected.

As we have indicated above, we are applying the guidelines set by the competent bodies and our personnel, depending on their work position, have, among others, the following:
-Specific training based on: Use of equipment, use of cleaning and disinfection products (both personally and in their own work tasks) and preventive maintenance plans.
-Material: Masks, gloves, goggles with integral frame.
